I am an owner of Estrella-RS 2002 in Japan. Looking for a service manual in English.
Appreciate if somebody could help me with that.

and welcome to our forum!

There is no service manual about the RS 2002 (or any other Estrella in any other year) in English as far as I know.

The only manual which is not in Japanese (or other asian languages) is the German 1994 service manual. Many parts are the same, but the carburretor and the exhaust system of the 2002 are totally different ...

I own an Estrelle since two years and i'm actually customizing it but ihave to admit that i have a few troubles with the CDI... I do not wire something correctly i guess. Could you send me the wiring diagram of the beast??

I am VERY sorry!!!

We only have the PDF manual for the BJ250A (B) ...
This means without kat, carburretor heating and all these things.
The 2007 Estrella has the same "basic engine" but everything else is totally different.
I don't think that our "very old manual" will help you.

I've found some old manual on "http://www.kawasaki-techinfo.net/searchOM.php?view_lang=EN&spec=EU", some infomation about maintenance and adjustment are help. I'm looking for maintenance guide for "Fuel Injection". My idling engine sound not smoothly, it sound high and low sequently.

Do I need to do anything to fix this.
