My question is:
As fas as I remember the clutch cover has to be removed. For re-installation you might have to remove the other cover as well - in case the involute gearing starter shaft does not fit its counterpart. Note that there is a washer in between shaft and starter chain sprocket which must not be forgotten.

Thank you for your advice.
I was talking about 92200. Could be it's made of nylon or similar.
