Hi all Im from Sri Lanka, colombo.
Got my Estrella BJ250A model last week, it has done almost 40,000km, already in love with it, for it's style, power and the feel of ride.
Sadly our country has a bad reputation for kawasaki bikes so very less spares so any information on spares and repairs would be greatly appreciated.

Your Estrella might be built between 1995 and 1998???
It already has the carburretor heating as far as I can see.
Is there an ID plate on the frame (not the motor number)?

Unfortunately I can't givr you any address of spare part suppliers world-wide.
Maybe you can find someone in Sri Lanka who imports spare parts directly from Japan.

Hi zee, in colombo can find some spart part but second hand, expensive and not safe. If you search on ebay can find everything you need but new and at the end same price.

There must be some way to show your bike here.
I use www.picr.de
The direct way is to click in the bottem right corner of the mask: Datei anhängen
Then you choose the photo. Then you have to load it. That should work.
Without a picture it's impoosible to tell the year of production.
But I guess Kawa didn't change much, technically, during the years.

I hope your Estrella has a frame number (NOT the motor number!!!).

Otherwise: Send some pics.
Many Estrellas can eb identified by pics (even if something has been changed).

Your Estrella should be a Japanese 1992 Estrella.

It is 98% similar to the German 1994 Estrella.

I think you have to check forum for new posts...
