I found a filed in the Estrella Service Data.
What does the text mean?
The models B1-B3 have 1¼ ± ¼
The models from B4 on have 2¼ ± ¼

Does it have anything to do with the little idle running speed screw in the carburettor?

Can any one translate the Japanese Text into English (or German)???

It is the answer of the question,but I am good and may not be able to answer but attempt to answer hard.

The contents of the Japanese are the value of the setting of the screw of the carburetor.
It is a name,the air screw,when translating into english.
The value of the regulation of the air screw is the figure which has been written in the left side.
It is the difficult thing that may translate a service manual to English to the general person.
Because,it is because there are many technical terms.
I attempted to answer anyhow in the range to understand.
It doesn`t suck if mistaking.
